“Before I started working with Jeff Patten, the owner of ACC I was a fifteen year old athlete who played for various baseball all star teams as well as AAU baseball. I was entering my freshman year at Bishop Hendicken High School and I knew I would have to do some extra things to set myself apart from the ordinary player. I met Jeff in February of 07 and began to work out with him shortly thereafter. It did not take Jeff too long for him or I to realize that the training I had previously done was not only incorrect but potentially harmful to the development of my body and the goals I had set for myself.
